Public Event Terms & Guest Policies
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for everyone, all guests attending public events at CrossRoads agree to the following terms and conditions:
No Outside Beverages
- Outside drinks of any kind are not permitted during public events. This includes alcohol, water, soda, juice, or any other beverage.
- Personal drink containers (e.g., cups, tumblers, bottles) are allowed but must be empty upon entry and are subject to inspection.
- Coolers will also be checked at the entrance to ensure compliance.
- This rule applies to all public events.
- Private events are exempt from this policy and are subject to their individual event agreements.
Food Policy
- No outside food is allowed during public events, except for light personal snacks (e.g., chips, pretzels).
- CrossRoads provides licensed food trucks and vendors during most events.
- Outside food during these times discourages vendor participation and may limit future options.
- This food policy applies whenever a vendor is on-site, except during private events covered by a separate agreement.
Food Truck & Vendor Access
- Food trucks/vendors are open to the general public before the event begins.
- Once the event starts, service is available only to paying attendees.
Seating Policy
- Edison Pavilion and patio seating is reserved for paid customers only during and immediately prior to public events.
- Indoor seating inside the Wine Shop remains open to the public during public events unless otherwise posted.
🐕 Pets & Animals
- Pets are welcome on the patio area but are not permitted inside the Wine Shop or under the covered pavilions.
- All pets must be leashed and under control.
- Owner’s/ Handler’s are responsible to clean up all pet messes.
- Service animals, as defined by ADA guidelines, are permitted in all areas.
Minors & Underage Guests
- Minors are welcome at most events unless otherwise stated.
- Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Wine Shop or under covered pavilions.
- Designated outdoor smoking areas are available — please use them respectfully.
Behavior & Conduct
- Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the premises.
- Public intoxication or substance abuse will not be tolerated.
- Guests are responsible for their behavior and any damages caused.
Photography & Media
- CrossRoads may take photos/video during public events for promotional use.
- By attending, guests consent to the use of their image unless otherwise requested.
- Professional photography equipment or setups require prior approval.
Security & Law Enforcement
- Illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement.
- CrossRoads staff and/or security may take action to ensure guest safety.
Tickets, Entry & Refunds
- These terms apply to all public events with a cover charge or entry fee.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
- Re-entry may be restricted or monitored at the discretion of staff.
Tab & Card Policy (Pennsylvania)
Unclosed Tabs
- Any tabs left open after closing time will be automatically closed by staff.
- A 20% service charge will be added to cover service and administrative handling.
- Charges will be applied to the card on file.
Forgotten Cards
- Cards left behind will be securely stored for up to 7 calendar days.
- After 7 days, cards may be safely destroyed to protect customer information.
- We do not mail or deliver forgotten cards.
Customer Agreement
By leaving a card to open a tab, you authorize us to close your tab and apply a service charge if the tab is left open.

By attending a public event at CrossRoads, you agree to follow these terms.
Private events are governed by the terms of their separate agreement.
CrossRoads reserves the right to update or enforce additional policies at any time.
EVENT TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing or using this ticket, you agree to the following terms:
1. Entry Requirements
- All attendees must present a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID at the entrance.
- Tickets are valid for one (1) individual only and are non-transferable after entry verification.
- Upon successful verification, an event armband will be issued. This armband must be worn at all times while at the event venue.
2. Armband Policy
- The armband serves as your proof of access to the event.
- If you remove, lose, or damage your armband, you may be denied re-entry to the event.
- Tampering with or transferring your armband to another person will result in immediate removal from the event and possible legal action.
3. Re-entry
- Attendees may leave and return to the event venue only with a valid, intact armband.
- Re-entry is subject to venue capacity and security discretion.
4. No Refunds
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued, including for late arrival, non-attendance, or removal due to rule violations.
5. Security & ID Checks
- Security staff reserve the right to inspect bags, verify ID, and refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with event rules or presents a security concern.
- All attendees must comply with event staff instructions at all times.
6. Conduct
- Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal property and safety.
7. Event Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or programming without prior notice.
8. Liability
- The organizer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Entry and participation are at your own risk.
9. Acceptance
Use of this ticket confirms your understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above all venue Terms and conditions listed here.
